I love the way your lens finds beauty all over the garden. Great shots!

beautiful grasses and super pictures, Liz.

Also known as Hungry Grass, here in Eire, as it would be the food the people ate here during the famine and it wuold be found around corpses, scattering the road edges and in fields.

but I like the Fairy name much more, because it is a very appropriate name.

Beautiful Liz! I love the hint of burgundy pink color at the base of the seeds.

Hi Liz,

This summer has been a bit of a disappointment.
It has either been way too hot to move or chilly/damp.
Whilst the soil below ground is hard, the top soil is wet/damp most of the time.
I have a sweat shirt on at the moment because it is really chilly.
I suppose being just 60 feet above sea level does not help:)

Speaking to friends who live a distance away, they seem to have had a much better summer......

Have a lovely weekend.....
